Paypr creates a draft expense instantly and accurately with the retailer’s name, Paymark receipt attachment and dollar amount already pre-populated. Paypr's photo capture feature is available when you need a record of the GST number or a record of the specific items you purchased.

Paypr learns from you and remembers your repeat purchases. Add any major payment cards you use and view your transactions in Paypr’s personal or business card feeds. Getting set up

Connect to Xero
The Paypr app is designed for all Xero users, but you need to be the standard or adviser Xero user to connect Paypr to Xero.
Don't have the right permissions? Nudge someone who does.

Add your team
Once you've integrated your Xero and Paypr accounts, invite your Xero team to join Paypr. Activate as few or as many Xero users as you like on Paypr's convenient web app and make changes at any time.

Download the app
Invite your team to download the Paypr app on iOS or Android devices. Then make sure they add all the cards they use; business cards for company expenses and personal cards for Paypr expense claims.

Validate your card
Your financial security is our top priority. For each card you add to Paypr you’ll need to make a Paymark purchase to validate that it's your card. Time for a coffee run?
